Automate Your Fate!

Which shoe do you put on first the right or the left? It makes you stop and think doesn't it? It's so automatic, you don't even notice...you just do it. It's like brushing your teeth, you don't really notice . . . you just do it! And when it's part of your routine, you don't have to think about it . . . you just do it!

 

The famed health guru Dr. Mehmet Oz on his Fox TV show suggested one great method for releasing excess weight is to automate....make your plan a regular part of your routine and just do it.

Plan dinner so that you can use the leftovers for lunch tomorrow such as a salmon steak tonight, a salmon wrap for lunch tomorrow. It saves time and money and when you plan to do it, it's part of your plan. You don't have to think about it...you just do it!

Dr. Oz also suggests you keep a food journal. You can download one from his website  http://www.doctoroz.com/ . If you want to be a little more high tech, you can do it all online through www.fitday.com. It's a free food long and journal site that's easy to navigate. For iPhone users, there's a FREE app called LoseIt! where you can keep your food journal right at your fingertips on your phone.

Log in your exercise too.

Don't think about it . . . just do it. And begin to notice how easily you can release the weight automatically. Just do it! What have you got to lose?
