Take Steps To Improve Your Memory

How often do you find yourself saying "Oh, I'm having a senior moment!"?  Do you walk into a room and can't remember why you're there?  Do you ever try to tell a story and forget important details?  Ever run into an acquaintance and can't remember their name?
What would happen if you stopped blaming your age, and started blaming your feet?

Walking is good for the brain.  According to a University of Pittsburgh study, the more you walk the more blood gets to your brain.

As we age, our brain shrinks.  But you can stop much of the memory loss that comes with it by taking simple steps.  By walking just two and a half hours a week, you increase the blood flow to the brain and prevent some of that natural shrinkage.

Relaxation and proper breathing also keep oxygen flowing to the brain.  Self Hypnosis is the easiest way to relax and breathe properly.  And, of course, you can also give yourself suggestions for the motivation you need to get off the couch and start walking!

Are you ready to learn Self-Hypnosis? Call Chicago Hypnosis Center to find out how to take control of your brain power and improve your memory.  773.725.3200.
